Flat-fee Pricing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcies

Our attorney fees typically range from $1,000.00 to $1,750.00 depending on the complexity of your case.  Most cases cost $1,250.00.  This does not include court-related filing fees and other costs, such as credit counseling, which typically run between $450.00 to $500.00 dollars.

Although your Chapter 7 bankruptcy case cannot be filed until 100% of the fees are paid, we are very flexible and frequently set up payment plans for clients. 

Your court-related filing fees and other costs must be paid in full prior to filing because I cannot be your creditor and your bankruptcy attorney in the same case. 

But I am happy work out a payment plan and discuss, develop and implement a strategy to keep your creditors from harassing you until your Chapter 7 bankruptcy can be filed.
